We represent the owner of land which has the potential to provide a major extension to Paddock Wood. The site has capacity to accommodate at least 600–700 new dwellings, as well as employment, sports facilities and community infrastructure. We are promoting the land through the emerging Tunbridge Wells Local Plan, which must identify a substantial amount of new residential development, and review Green Belt boundaries.
