Employment, Local Plan Promotion

We represent the owner of the Lincs Gateway Business Park. We have previously been involved in securing planning permission for a range of employment-related uses on the site, and we are now promoting it through the emerging South-East Lincolnshire Local Plan, which proposes to allocate it as one of the area’s first Prestige Employment Sites. Lincs Gateway is supported by South Holland district Council due to its key location, at the “Gateway” entrance to Spalding. A range of uses within the site will include a hotel, pub/restaurant and conference centre, which will help to encourage and support new businesses. It is expected to deliver a wide range of jobs over the coming years. In particular, it aims to help diversify the local economy by providing premises for footloose companies offering skilled jobs.
