We are promoting the first phase of the Vernatts Sustainable Urban Extension through the emerging South-East Lincolnshire Local Plan. The site is set to deliver the first phase of the new Spalding Western Relief Road, which will unlock land to deliver around 4,000 dwellings. The first phase will consist of around 500 dwellings.
