Waller Planning supported a planning application for a new house in the countryside, a short distance outside the town of Crowland. Planning Officers recommended that the application should be refused, because it was contrary to local policies and would set an unwelcome precedent.
The proposed house was a bespoke design by Studio11 Architecture, for a private client. We were successful in arguing that the quality of the design justified an exception to normal planning policy considerations.
